Southeastern Building Corporation Celebrates 20 Years of Building Quality Homes in Sumner County and the Opening of the Villages of Saundersville Station with a Fresh Look.

Sumner County, TN — This August, Southeastern Building Corporation is celebrating 20 years of creating desirable communities and homes in the Nashville area as well as the release of lots at The Villages of Saundersville Station, located off of Saundersville Road. Southeastern has built homes all over the Nashville area, primarily focusing on Hendersonville and Gallatin where David Luckey, Owner and President of Southeastern, grew up. To celebrate 20 years in the business, Southeastern is giving the presents to its homebuyers. If you buy a home before August 31 and use Kevin Long at Countrywide Mortgage, Southeastern will present you with an additional $5,000 to put toward closing costs or upgrades as well as a specially wrapped gift. “The first home I built was in White House, and that experience is what made me want to do what I do now. Saundersville Station is now preselling lots in The Villages of Saundersville station, the newest phase of the Saundersville Station community. 164 lots are currently available for reservation. The villa-style homes will start in the $200’s, and construction is slated to begin in November.
