Sumner County, TN — This August, Southeastern Building Corporation is celebrating 20 years of creating desirable communities and homes in the Nashville area as well as the release of lots at The Villages of Saundersville Station, located off of Saundersville Road.
Southeastern has built homes all over the Nashville area, primarily focusing on Hendersonville and Gallatin where David Luckey, Owner and President of Southeastern, grew up. To celebrate 20 years in the business, Southeastern is giving the presents to its homebuyers. If you buy a home before August 31 and use Kevin Long at Countrywide Mortgage, Southeastern will present you with an additional $5,000 to put toward closing costs or upgrades as well as a specially wrapped gift.
“The first home I built was in White House, and that experience is what made me want to do what I do now. I knew when I was standing in the backyard, looking at the home I had just built, that I wanted to build homes for the rest of my life. Building homes gives me a sense of accomplishment – more than anything I had accomplished previously. I knew that was what I was meant to do, and here I am now, celebrating 20 years of building homes and communities,” said David Luckey, President of Southeastern Building Corporation.
Saundersville Station is now preselling lots in The Villages of Saundersville station, the newest phase of the Saundersville Station community. 164 lots are currently available for reservation. The maintenance-free living, villa-style homes range from 1,800 – 2,400 square feet and have many 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans to choose from. The villa-style homes will start in the $200’s, and construction is slated to begin in November.
The close-knit feeling of community in Saundersville Station is one of the most unique aspects of the neighborhood. Residents regularly get together at the community clubhouse for game nights, family outings and other activities, making the area a desirable place for families with children of all ages. As well as the clubhouse, homeowners in Saundersville Station enjoy a community swimming pool and tennis courts.
Located just down the road from Saundersville Station are the newly constructed public schools in the Hendersonville School District, including Knox Doss Middle School and Station Camp High School. An elementary school is currently under construction. All are within walking distance of the Saundersville Station community.
After being in the homebuilding business for 20 years, Southeastern has given itself a fresh look with new ads and will be launching its new Web site on August 17, 2007.
