New Home Sales Representative
Southeastern is actively searching for the right candidate to represent our company in New Home Sales.
Responsibilities will include:
Represent Southeastern in model homes in order to continually source new sales.
Become an expert in our communities, floorplans and options. Maintain a working knowledge of all inventory homes and selections in order to communicate to potential homebuyers Southeastern’s product offerings, processes and policies.
Genuinely listen to buyers needs.
Maintain and effectively manage pipeline in order to hit or exceed company goals.
Participate in weekly sales meetings.
Maintain company CRM system with current leads.
Create and foster REALTOR relationships.
Effectively communicate with homebuyers throughout the buying process, always maintaining good rapport.
Be an effective member of our team by being a problem solver, the ability to overcome objections, and manage issues.
Not be afraid to ask for the sale.

Weekends will be required. Excellent earning potential, this position is 100% commission. 1-2 years prior experience in Real Estate with active license in the state of Tennessee currently. Construction knowledge a plus.
