Responsibilities
Manage Sales Staff
Meet or exceed sales and profit goals
Lead bi-weekly meetings with Sales Staff
Monitor Sales Staff lead tracking weekly at sales meeting in a system
Coordinate leads and improve website lead system
Assist Closing Coordinator to ensure homes close on time when needed. Follow up with Agents on mortgage related issues, appraisals, and inspections.
Communicate Sales Goals
Ensure model homes are covered during business hours, that they are presentable and ready for business
Perform training for sales agents and model home attendants at sales meetings weekly
Establish procedures for doing sales presentations and qualifying prospects.
Communicate to Construction issues or needs with inventory homes weekly by Tuesday in order to make them “sellable” for the following weekend
Stay current on competitions prices, floorplans and discounts. Send monthly report to VP of Sales and Ops.
Maintain knowledge of financing options
Monitor MLS, photo inventory sheets and company website for accuracy each week
Mystery Shop sales agents
Work one weekend a month, but available if needed on weekends for questions or issues if they arise with Sales Staff
Build relationships with area Realtor offices and staff
Maintain knowledge of community demographics and amenities: schools, local businesses, employers, parks, recreation facilities, etc.
Be responsible for your continuing education in the Real Estate field.
Qualifications
1. 5-10 years experience in Real Easte Sales
