Model Home Hostess

Southeastern Building is seeking a Model Home Hostess. This position does not require a Tennessee Affiliate Brokers License. This position will require weekends and is an hourly role.

Job Description: Model Home Hostess

Position Overview: A Model Home Hostess is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience for visitors to a model home or property. This role involves greeting and assisting potential buyers, showcasing the features of the model home, and promoting the builder’s brand. The Model Home Hostess is often the first point of contact for prospective buyers and plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment.

Key Duties:

Be on time to the model each day for the request work hours.

Ensure the model home is prepped and ready for each day. Arrive early, turn on all lights. Communicate any needs.

Make sure each day the correct and current sales material is displayed in your model.

Complete traffic sheet each day.

Make packets as needed.

Ensure model home signage is in good condition.

Greet each customer and give tours of homes and models.

Register buyers, communicate the list to the Sales Manager for follow-up.

Give interested buyers packets with plats, available inventory and plans.

Make sure model homes are tidy, locked and the lights are off before leaving each day.

Communicate any needs or concerns to the Sales Manager.
