Southeastern Building is seeking a Tennessee Licensed Affiliate Broker to fill the role of an on-site Sales Agent. Highly motivated individuals with a focus on building relationships and providing outstanding customer service will be the ideal candidate when filling this role. This role will require you to work model home hours, weekends and hours outside of the model.
Job Description: On-Site Sales Agent
Position Overview: An On-Site Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling homes from a Southeastern model home located in the Sumner County area. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who excels in face-to-face interactions, with the ability to build relationships and drive sales, inside and outside of the model home.
Key Duties:
Sales presentations and daily follow-ups.
Cold calls and relationship building.
Maintain MLS listings and ensure model home readiness.
Attending client walk-throughs, manage contracts, and resolve issues.
Weekly inspections of inventory homes and reporting.
Collaborate with the Closing Coordinator and Sales Manager.
Be available outside the model home hours to ensure sales goals are met.
Use social media and other marketing ideas to generate leads from your own network.
Track daily activities such as calls, texts, and email sent, and appointments set.
Establish an ideal daily schedule that includes at least one hour per day of prospecting.
