Southeastern Building is seeking a Tennessee Licensed Affiliate Broker to fill the role of an on-site Sales Agent. Highly motivated individuals with a focus on building relationships and providing outstanding customer service will be the ideal candidate when filling this role. This role will require you to work model home hours, weekends and hours outside of the model.

Role Description

This is a full-time Tennessee Licensed Affiliate Broker role for an On-Site Agent a located primarily in Summer County. Highly motivated individuals with a focus on building relationships, team building and providing outstanding customer service will be the ideal candidate when filling this role. This role will require you to work model home hours 10-5, weekends and hours outside of the model. The On-Site Agent will be responsible for overseeing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and conduct daily follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Initiate cold calls and build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Maintain and update MLS listings.
  • Ensure the model home is always ready for viewing.
  • Attend client walk-throughs, manage contracts, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Perform weekly inspections of inventory homes and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with the Closing Coordinator and Sales Manager to ensure seamless processes.
  • Be available outside standard model home hours to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Utilize social media and innovative marketing strategies to generate leads from your network.
  • Track daily activities, including calls, texts, emails, and scheduled appointments through our CRM system.
  • Establish and follow a productive daily schedule, dedicating at least one hour per day to prospecting.

Qualifications:

  • Tennessee Real Estate License
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools to drive lead generation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
